How to play

  1. Meet your grid

A new 5×5 table is ready as soon as the game opens; use New table for another shuffle.

  2. Follow the numbers

Select 1, then 2, continuing in ascending order. The clock starts when you select 1 correctly.

  3. Finish at 25

Finish by selecting 25 to record the elapsed time.

Inside the game

What is Schulte Table?

Schulte Table is a visual scanning game on a 5×5 board. The numbers are reshuffled for every new round, so the task is to locate the next value in the current grid rather than recall a fixed layout.

How your score works

Your score is the elapsed time required to select all 25 numbers in order, measured from the correct selection of 1. Lower time is better for this game; incorrect selections do not move the target forward.

More about your scores →

Example: start at 1

Find and select 1 first. That correct selection starts the clock and changes the target to 2. If you select 7 while 2 is next, the table stays active and still asks you to find 2.

Playing tips

  1. Use a repeatable scan

Sweep across the 5×5 board in a pattern you can resume, such as row by row. After every correct selection, restart the same sweep for the new target.

  2. Confirm the next number before tapping

The current target appears in the game status. A short check can prevent selecting a nearby number that looks right but is not the next value.

  3. Keep scanning the whole grid

Keep your eyes moving across the whole grid instead of returning to the same corner.

  4. Find a comfortable rhythm

Use a smooth scanning pattern that feels natural on your screen.

  5. Choose the right number

Accuracy matters: a wrong number does not advance the sequence.
